well, I'm not sure what to do now... I still haven't received any
answer from on-rev support request, despite my post on this list
and a reminder sent last week (with the ticket # I got from the
automatic response)...
I feel like trying an emergency request, although a few weeks
ago, in a similar situation, I got scolded by Heather, saying that
my request wasn't urgent and that the response would be postponed...
