I love that word, "deprecated". By the way, I'd love to help with the open source project, only I know nothing about coding in C++ or Objective C or Java for that matter. And I may be one that has not been shouting, "Open Source!" I was happy with the old licensing scheme where I paid a yearly price and got upgrades regularly, especially since the upgrades were quite significant.
