Check to see if the dev certificate or the provisioning profile have expired. Also if you delete the old dev certificate and create a new one then you have to reset the provisioning profiles(edit nothing and save) for all your dev provision profiles. Any monkeying with provisioning profiles require the app to be re-linked and re-installed on the device.
