Hi Monte,

Is there any way in dp3 to step back a bit further, and include libURL in a standalone without including tsNet?

I've hit a problem on certain operating systems (or it may be just on certain machines) which is a complete blocker for me. It might be fixed quickly (I've only just reported it in QCC); and right now I could probably step back to dp-2.

But it might not be fixed quickly; and something else might turn up; and libURL has worked well for well over a decade so it would be nice to have the option to continue to use it, at least until tsNet is well bedded down.
