The Livecode Server 8.1.4 contains a PDF called LiveCodeNotes-8_1_4-server.pdf. Turns out it is NOT the PDF for server, but rather for the IDE. I am trying to get LC Server running under Linux. I've installed Apache2 (I think) and now am at an impasse.
