I’ve seen similar issues if you add in awards, such as “Best App in Google Play”. Pretty sure Amazon are similar about promoting other apps stores, and even Google apps go through a review process.
You wouldn’t dream of putting “Support for iOS 12 and iPhone X” in your Android submissions, though you might get away with it.
