Constructing and calling a handler as "do"

If i have a property called myprop and want to call a handler of concoctinated 
name in a do statement...

Put the myprop of me &"_handler into thshandler
-- yealds "card_handler"
Do thshandler

Or do i have to 

Do "put the myprop of me &quote&"_handler"&quote
