Uploading images from browser to Rev cgi app

I'm looking for a simple way to allow users to upload an image from  
their browser to my Rev cgi app (running on a MacMini). What code  
would I use in the html page and in the receiving Rev app? Do I need  
to use Javascript or PERL or is it even easier than that?
