Hi, I don¹t know exactly how to describe it, but the 2.9 db4 the tool bar
gives some problems on the 10.3.9 osx
On Tiger, the initial launch of db 4 draws a toolbar that is half black,
which obscures the bottom half of the icons and their text labels.
Forcing a redraw fixes it. I did that by turning off the toolbar text in
the View menu, then turning it back on. After that the toolbar draws
correctly.
