Stay away from using Idle,Idle rates, etc..They're there for legacy purposes.
The best way I've found to create a multi-task is by using 'send in time'. It works well and reliably, and gives your users a chance to do other things while waiting. I've an image browser which creates thumbnails from a folder full of images. It has both synchronous and asynchronous modes. While the async mode is slower, it does allow the user to scroll through the thumbnails as they're being generated. -C _______________________________________________ use-revolution mailing list use-revolution@lists.runrev.com Please visit this url to subscribe, unsubscribe and manage your subscription preferences: http://lists.runrev.com/mailman/listinfo/use-revolution
