Hi from Paris, Phil, you did get me thinking, and the answer is so simple, it makes me look stupid.
If QT is used in any of my stacks, this stack is in a folder with any supporting files (those used by QT). All I have to do is to put a dummy file in the folder which indicates QT use. If StackB (which, IYI, is an installation setup program) finds this dummy file, it also installs QT on the target computer, if it is not there already.
