I'm not saying whether or not patents are good or bad. When Eolas sued Microsoft way back when, Eolas said in various interviews that they were not going to be pursuing other companies. I guess like any company, Eolas are just pursuing the easiest road to profits. I'm sure in 2009 RunRev is too small for Eolas to sue, but if the Rev web strategy is successful.... The presence of Iomas people (http://www.eolas.com/research.html) on the committee for the TCL 2009 conference (http://www.tcl.tk/community/tcl2009/info.html) makes it look like some of the money is going to a good cause.
