The documentation for Ubuntu says that if one pops TrueType
fonts into a folder inside the Home/User folder applications will
'see' them - and that is generally true.

But it is not true for RunRev, which, apprently, only 'sees' the fonts inside
the system itself . . .

SO . . . How the "H" does one deliver a Linux standalone to an end-user
that requires the end-user to install a font bundled with the standalone ?

This is Richmond's BIG BUGBEAR with RunRev on Linux, and has been for quite some
time . . .  :(
