The Rev system window is always supposed to float above all other windows. However, in Window 7 it only sort of does.
If a rev system window comes up it does float over everything else. However, it still appears to float above everything in that if I click on an application behind that application comes to the front but doesn't cover the Rev floating window but the title bar of the Rev floating window changes a little to indicate that it is no longer the frontmost window even though nothing else is drawn above it. This is causing me a problem with the Login Assistant window in the next version of InfoWallet as it causes inconsistent behavior of the application. Is there a way to make sure that the floating window is actually the frontmost window?
