I don't really know what you intend, but you probably do not want to lock yourself into a repeat loop. As others have suggested, "send in time with messages" is very effective, and then call that again:
on myMessage doYourStuff send myMessage to me in 1 miilisecond with messages end myMessage Or someSuch.
