OK just figured out what the syntax does. I ran this query against a Spiceworks sqLite database, substituting column and table names with those in the Spiceworks database, and the query worked fine for me. At this point, what I would suggest is getting the sqLite plugin for Firefox and making queries directly against the sqLite database. See what you get then.
