Why this doesn't work? =(

HTMLText property of a field =   "<a href=""file://c:\teste.htm" & quote &">Teste</a>"   The link is shown, but it won't open nothing =(   What I'm doing wrong???   (Notice: this text has to be setted FROM CODE, not editing the contents of fields in IDE)
