Hi,

I am creating an application for use on both Macs and PCs.

I know that to ensure cross platform compatibility between Mac and Windows OS the following characters need to be used when scripting.

"< > "  should be used instead of "≠"
" >= "  should be used instead of  " ≥ "
" =< "  should be used instead of  " ≤ "
   and
"  \  " should be used instead of " ¬ "

Are these all the cross platform scripting cautions you need to be aware of when developing for both the Windows and Macintosh platforms? Having a complete set of information on this subject in one place would be most helpful.

Thanks

Steve
