Ken, Has Jan weighed in on this one? I seem to recall she also had some similar issue, but with transparencies in PNG in Rev when creating them in GraphicConverter (Jan, or whoever if I'm wrong [sorry!], please correct me here). I followed her recipe and I too had problems.
