If a command is execute and messageNotHandled handles the message will RR still throw
an error?

Example:

on mouseUp
  undefinedHandler "parameter"
  get undefinedFunction( "parameter" )
end mouseUp

In the case the to calls called undefinedXXX do not exist? So if these are passed
through messageNotHandled are the considerd handled and do not cause a error?
