Sad, but true. Many computer users don't seem to understand the difference between a "hard disk" and RAM.
Even worse, I know people who regularly refer to a CPU as being a "hard drive"...
It drives me crazy.

I've had clients who would have trouble with the word "software". *Twice* this last week I've had to explain the difference between RAM and hard disk memory.
