Yes, and it isn't just with Rev, it is with any software you have written, in any language, on any OS, in front of any group of any size. However, the more important the presentation, the more likely the incidence of failure. Demoing a stack in front of the neighbor's pre-schoolers, for example, may yield only a small handful of glitches, while demoing in front of a large group of grad students in a lecture hall will bomb completely. And demoing in front of a prospective software publisher will invariably cause a cascading failure that has been known to start fires in remote parts of the building.
