My sister uses a Wintel laptop and would like to read iCal files -- is there an app out there that does that?

There are any number of apps that read iCal files. What kind of app does she want ?

Sunbird (Mozilla's standalone calendar program) uses iCal files to store its own calendar, and can import./export them.

It's still "alpha" but seems reasonably reliable - I used it for a couple of weeks before it got too irritating not being able to use arrow keys to navigate between days, and I wrote my own (which doesn't yet import iCal files - but it's on the to-do list)
