I need to add a placard to a window, a la: <http://developer.apple.com/documentation/UserExperience/Conceptual/OSXHIGuidelines/XHIGControls/chapter_18_section_3.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP30000359-TPXREF136>
Anyone know of a special combination of properties to get that behavior, or am I rolling my own?
