Unfortunately I cannot answer Simon Harper's question, but I can make a point about "heresy":
When adherence to a programming language, IDE or OS becomes as bigoted and as self-destructive as various religious and political groupings have done from time-to-time, it is time to move elsewhere. So the word 'heresy' should not be necessary - and, I at least, would like to think of the RR Use-List members as constituing a "Very Broad Church" indeed, with nobody giving out anathemas and so forth. sincerely, Richmond Mathewson ____________________________________________________________ A Thorn in the flesh is better than a failed Systems Development Life Cycle. ____________________________________________________________ ___________________________________________________________ What kind of emailer are you?
