Am I mistaken or is there a way for an image object to reference a second imported image? I know one can set the icon of a button to the id of an image, but I seem to recall being able to somehow do this with images as well. Using "put img 1 into img 2" and "set the text of img 2 to the text of img 1" both appear to result in copies of img 1, not references.
Perhaps my memory is faulty...
