BTW, not sure if this is what you're trying to do, but you might want to take a look at a demo stack that features a sliding panel similar to the drawer command. Execute the following in your message box:
go url "http://www.tactilemedia.com/download/slider.rev"; This uses a palette stack as the parent window and toplevel stack as the "slider". Maybe it is of some use.
