Hello:

Does anyone know how to construct a table in Revolution, with 5
columns, for example.

I can think of two methods off hand:
1 Use one scrolling list field for each column and coordinating
the scrolling. That works well with a limited number of entries. I've
not tried it with well filled fields. (It's much faster and more
elegant than the same method in Hypercard). However, I think it may
make coding more complicated. The data will be imported from a
database a could run to thousands of lines.

2 I could use a scrolling field and tabs. However, if some of
the column entries are longer than the tab allowance, the entries
will not line up. (And I've reported in a separate note that fields
don't seem to hold their line height settings. That would make
display awkward).

Any suggestions?

3 And a related question. Is there an XCMD table available
which might do the job?
