For the language reference section (the first thing I tried) I created a document that
looked like I wanted, with the appropriate placeholder text in place. Then I wrote the
script to use that RTF text, replacing the placeholder text I had used.
I found that curly braces {} drove Word nuts, and returns needed to be encoded as \par
so I added that.
For the subsequent sections, I was a little bolder and clipped out sections from the
previous RTF document to use as building blocks.
I have no RTF manual.
Agreed that "see also" should be included. I'll add it for the Wednesday update.
And, you're welcome! It seemed like an obvious thing, since so many were pining for a
printable version of the docs. I think the page count also helps convince people the
documentation is substantial.
