Sorry it's not working for you; what step is failing? I just tried it and it worked 
for me. I'm emailing you separately and enclosing the file (sorry if this is 
presumptuous).

I put it up in raw binary format so people on PCs or the various Unixen can use it. 
Not everyone can (easily) decode a .zip or a .sit file.
