It's a little strange. The color of the arrow boxes is the backgroundColor,
but it's only inherited. For example, if you set a field's backgroundColor
to red, its arrow boxes will not be red. But if you set the backgroundColor
of an object above the field in the object hierarchy to red, the field's
arrow boxes pick up that color. (I'm checking whether this is a bug or not.)

Of course, setting the backgroundColor of the field's stack or card will
change the appearance of the entire window. As a workaround, you can group
the field and set the group's backgroundColor to the color you want for the
arrow boxes.
