Q: Books or tutorials related to rev 1.0 ?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there are any books or eBooks available explaining the ins and 
outs of Revolution ? Also, I'd like to get some URLs where I could get or download 
some stacks to peruse since it's one of the best way to learn a new tool.

Any info where we can get tutorials would be fine.
