The list archives are searchable, and we are working on additional
documentation which will include answers to common questions.  Things like
"multi-user access" should certainly be included in this.  However, whilst
we do have a central bugs database which everyone here uses, we don't have
any plans to publish that online at present.

We did consider this, but figure that the amount of time involved in
formatting reports in a way that would be suitable for general publication
would be best spent fixing the problems.
