Hello, Ive found that setting the MenuHistory property of a (tab-)button inside the preOpenCard-handler, does not call the menuPick handler. When I set the menuHistory from a mouseDown handler in a button, it calls the menuPick handler, but not when I set it from within the preOpenCard handler. What I need to do is set the tabbed button to the last selected tab and read in the text that was displayed. I do this in the tabbed button so the easiest would be to call this handler (menuPick). I can call the menuPick handler directly from the preOpenCard handler, but then I also need to know the text of the tab that is selected. I can find how to get the number of the tab but not the text itself. Can someone confirm that you menuHistory does not call the menuPick handler when called from preOpenCard? thanks, /Niklas
