I have mentioned it before, but will again. The Revolution mailing lists are the slowest lists I belong to. On average, a post takes 2-4 hours to show, on slow days it is even worse. No other list I belong to takes more than 15 minutes (and I consider that slow). I believe this matters. Many times people need a quick response that the list can provide. Given that they must first post, and then wait for responses, we are looking at around an 8 hour turnaround to questions, which = an entire business day. This also causes cases of redundant replies, which are completely unnecessary since the first reply would have been sufficient.
