Possible bug. PC, WindowsME, Rev. 1.1

I have a Rev project with three stacks: Main, Pages, and TellTale. The
destroystack property is set to true for the main stack and the project.

The stack "TellTale" is a tracking stack with fields reading out data as
buttons and such are worked in the "Main" and "Pages" stacks.

Stack "Pages" is displayed without decorations (the other two stacks are
"normal" as far as decorations go) as a result of an action in stack "Main".

After working a bit for development purposes use the file menu to close
stack "Main", then stack "TellTale" (these close normally with save as) and
then stack "Pages".

Instead of stack "Pages" closing, Revolution closes (partial quit) leaving
the tool pallets behind along with the stack "Pages". Pallets with close
functions can be closed.

Control-shift right click on stack "Pages" allows it to be set toplevel.
I then used the message box to set the decorations of the stack to default.
At this point I could close this stack using the "x" box in the title bar.
I could probably have used the message box to close it but didn't try this.
The usual file save, save as dialog came up for closing stack "Pages".
After it closed, the message box was gone leaving the basic tool pallet on
the screen. This could not be got rid of, but could be dragged about the
desktop screen. I tried refreshing the screen. No good.

Opening and closing Revolution gave two tool palettes and left the original
behind upon closing.

Restarting windows is the only way out of this one.
