A) One Oil Heated not Gas (as customer does'nt have Gas facility so we need
only OIL) 7 Zones Stenter with Horizental Pin Chain - Width:86" Must be
equipped with Padder & Weft Straightner - Year of around 1990 Only following
Makes : Bruckner - Monforts - Krantz or Babcock. I need this for Africa so Pls-
quote C&F Djiboutti Port of destination .
B) One Complete Open Width Finishing Line for Knits should be consisit on
following :
One 110" Wide Open Width Compactor SANTEX or Ferraro not older than of year
2000 -
One 120" Wide Verticle Pin Stenter should only be GAS fired .6~7 Zones with
Mahlo & Weft Striaghtner with minimum 18 Mtr Long Entry Year not older than
1999 . Makes : Bruckner -Monforts - Babcock or Krantz .
One 110" Wide Open Width Slitter must be equipped with De Twister - Turntable -
Photo Cell Must be of full StainLess Steel (SS) Only Makes : Corino or Bianco
Year not older than 1999 .
C) One 90" Wide Open Width Inspection Machine for Knitted Fabric - To inspect
fabric after compaction & can be inspect finished fabric without any elongation
& can make roll + Plating should also have a weighing option of panels or
rolls to keep the weight consistent . Make : Any good European .
Except Item (A) that we need for Africa - DJIBOUTTI Port & rest we need for
Pkaistan So pls- make all your Quotes accordingly .
