we like to submit you the following details of a Laundry Plant that we have available: LAUNDRY PLANT Processing passages: 1) STONE WASH MACHINE FR 370 - it feeds the pumice-stone in the trousers 2) PUMICE EXTRACTOR (with FEEDER) - it removes the pumice-stone from the trousers before putting them into the washing and centrifugal machine. This machine works as a washing machine. By spinning the drum, it lets the pumice-stone fall from the trousers and then it is collected in a carriage placed under the machine. The loading capacity is of 70 Kgs. 3) MAINO WASHING CENTRIFUGATING MACHINE FRC 120 - drum capacity 1200 liters and max loading 30 Kgs. This machine has a centrifugal of 650 turns - MAINO FRC 300 - drum capacity 3000 liters and max loading 70 Kgs. This machine also has a centrifugal of 650 turns - MAINO FRC 350 - drum capacity 3500 liters and max loading 70 Kgs. This machine also has a centrifugal of 650 turns 4) DRYER 165 (this measure stand for the dimension of the drum) 5) MAINO DRUM DRYER ME 200 6) N. 3 WASHING MACHINES as per samples + N. 1 DRYER 7) MANIKINI for trousers dyeing 8) SANDBLASTING (it sandblasts some type of trousers) The production capacity of this plant is of 1000/1200 items per shift (calculating 8 working hours per shift).
