NO. 2 Extruder made by PROFILTEX yoc 1984-99, suitable to produce coloured
chips of pp material to be used in the fiber producing line.
NO. 2 PP Fiber producing line made by PROFILTEX mod 4/180 yoc 1984-99, suitable
to produce PP fibers of different ranges, 4 to 5 deniers, different length of
fibers. Automatic blending and feeding of coloured and non coloured chips, 4
melting heads, drafting units, fixing units, crimper, cutter, balling of fiber
in automatic feeding balling press, capacity of line aprox. 50 Kg per head,
practicse 180 kg/h.

chips of pp material to be used in the fiber producing line.
NO. 2 PP Fiber producing line made by PROFILTEX mod 8/360 yoc 1988-92, suitable
to produce PP fibers of different ranges, 4 to 5 deniers, different length of
fibers. Automatic blending and feeding of coloured and non coloured chips, 8
melting heads, drafting units, fixing units, crimper, cutter, balling of fiber
in automatic feeding balling press, capacity of line aprox. 50 Kg per head,
practicse 360 kg/h.

of pp material to be used in the fiber producing line.
NO. 1 PP Fiber producing line made by PROFILTEX mod 10/440 yoc 2000, suitable
to produce PP fibers of different ranges, 4 to 5 deniers, different length of
fibers. Automatic blending and feeding of coloured and non coloured chips, 10
melting heads, drafting units, fixing units, crimper, cutter, balling of fiber
in automatic feeding balling press, capacity of line aprox. 50 Kg per head,
practicse 440 kg/h.
NO. 1 PP Fiber producing line made by PROFILTEX mod 4/180 yoc 2004, suitable to
produce PP fibers of different ranges, 4 to 5 deniers, different length of
fibers. Automatic blending and feeding of coloured and non coloured chips, 4
melting heads, drafting units, fixing units, crimper, cutter, balling of fiber
in automatic feeding balling press, capacity of line aprox. 50 Kg per head,
practicse 180 kg/h. THIS LINE WAS USED FOR PRODUCING THE PP FIBER DESTINATED TO
BE MIXED WITH CONCRETE AT BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
It has an automatic paper bag and dosfying unit in which you can program by
computer the quantity of fiber to be packed and the packing automatically
converts to each size of capacity required. Bags are made with water fusionable
paper to be introduced directly on concrete machines manufacturing.
It has also an automatic packing machine for the bags into cartoons.
It has also an automaton finger machine to organize the cartoons on palettes,
etc.
NO.1 PP Fiber production lne made by MECCANICA MODERNA yoc 2006, installed in
2007,
Capacity of the extruder 750 Kg/h, however the line can afford up till 1100 Kg/h
Range of fiber deniers between 1.5 dn and 4 dn High Tenacity
Speed up to 150 m/min
All line commanded by inveters
Exit to Balling press made GAVAZZI yoc 2007, with automatic accumulator and
200 Tons hydraulic pressure capacity
Another Balling press made FAES yoc 2007, available for the line to reforzing
for non stop, also with accumulator and 50 Tons hydraulic pressure
MISCELLANEOUS & AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT
1 Robot picking machine to take out the bales from the balling presses, with 7
cords or fingers,
2 Automatic wrapping packing machines for the bales of fiber
7 Silos high capacity 188 cubic metres each, with automatic feeding and
discharging by means of pumps, silos are built in stainless steel, diam. approx
3.00 m and height approx. 14.00 m. All controlled by computers
