For the production of airlaid (short-fiber system) latex bonded webs with the 
following specifications;

53 - 100 gsm, max mechanical speed 120 m/min, average running speed 60 - 95 
m/min (products 53 - 90 gsm).

Line consisting of;

Defibration system;

a) hammermill + pulp unwind stand, capacity 600 kgs/hr, width of pulp sheet 
965 mm, 685 gsm

b) volumetric bi-component fiber feeder, capacity 120 kgs/hr

Dan-Web forming system;

three webforming heads (2 original and 1 upgrade from 2004), compacting press 
with electrical boiler, vacuum system including fan + baghouse

Web transfer system;

wire system, vacuum box and suction fan with baghouse

Web bonding system by Latex applicator;

two latex pump stations, spray applicators (for both sides of the web), two 
vacuum boxes (latex cabin) to increase the latex penetration, suction fan with 
baghouse.

Thermo Electron Ovens;

3 convector natural gas ovens - 2 for drying and one for curing

Calander;

two rolls with cooling system of water

POPE

Re-winding;

two slitting machines - max roll dia 1200 mm, cut between 38 to 1540 mm.

Auxiliary equipment including electrical boiler, two aircompressors and one 
airdryer, waste compactor and weighing balance scale.
