10 sets (foreseen for leno) (on loom take up) DOBBY 2670, 16 levers

All these 10 looms were overhauled in 2007 by PICANOL

FRAME With RHS reduction

REED MOTIION: balanced slay, driven by conjugated cams.

WEFT INSERTION: Pneumatic weft insertion by main and relay nozzles with Electronic weft cutters and PFT devices.

FILLING DETECTORS: double optical, for the use of continuous reed.

COLOUR INSERTION: 2 Colors

HARNESS DRIVE: DRC 3

2670 dobbies, Retrofit in 2007. Single barrel With leveling device.

PICK FINDING: Automatic slow motion device. Automatic pick finder. 1000 mm flanges

LET-OFF: Electronic let-off

TAKE UP MOTION: Electronic take up

SELVEDGES: Tuck in device left and right hand side(with all looms) Independent selvedge device, Rotary split motion left and right hand side (leno option), Electrical waste cutter RHS and catch cord stand For leno looms rotary leno and right side electronic waste
