2040 KW Caterpillar 3516 CHP Gas Power Plant Consists of two (2) 3516 Gas Generator sets, 1400 kW Standby, 1020 KW Prime, 400 volt, 1500 rpm, 50 HZ, 3 phase, 0.8 PF, Year of installation 1994, Major Overhaul at 40,000 hrs, At 60,000 hrs all New cylinder heads were installed and a service overhaul was done. Caterpillar had just done the maintenance service in January 2012, Control panel, synchronization panel, exhaust heat exchanger, Plate heat exchanger, low temperature exhaust heat exchanger, cables, silencers, pumps, oil bar and etc. Complete plant in excellent condition with maintenance records, documentation and manuals.
