Hello! I'm just starting out my college education in technical writing, and for a class I've been researching XML. I'm understanding just the basics of XML, but realize it works well with CSS. Is it better to use CSS or CSS 2? Also, I keep running into the term "xpath". Can someone explain what xpath is? All help will be greatly appreciated.
