You need to install an Oracle client which will install all the libraries requiered to connect to a Oracle DB, besides them you need to install the .NET Oracle Provider (ODP.NET ).

You can find both libraries in otn.oracle.com, just keep in mind that the Oracle client size is about 300Mb.
