Could you post either the error message or exception message it gives you? Is the build you are trying to debug built from source, or a downloaded version? Any description you can give as to what doesn't run/work when you try to debug it will help.
Also, are you trying to debug ibatis directly, or as a part of debugging an application? Finally, what environment are you on (Windows XP/2003?)?
