* What operating system and .NET version are you using?
WinXP workstation, Win2003 server / .Net 2.0

* In what contexts are you currently using iBATIS.NET?
- Web Applications

* What is your use?
- Projects for iBatis evaluation.

* What do you think of the quality of these libraries?
- Very good. The project seems to fit well when you would have fine
control over performance especially with denormalized db.

* Why have you selected iBATIS.NET?
- iBatis mapper is easy to use, all the queries stay in one place and
dynamic sql is very useful.
- Fine control over SQL queries.
- It is easy to cache results for only certain queries, also very
useful cache invalidation only on specific statements (es. update,
delete ... )

* What's your overall opinion of iBATIS?
- Very good, but I think more tutorials and best practices would be
appreciated, especially for the Dao framework, I would like to see
more examples.
- A code generation tool for "scaffolding" a base Dao would be the
perfect starting point. It would be useful as a tutorial, also it can
include best coding practices and of course it is a starting point for
coding.
- I'm waiting for: "group by clause" as ibatis.java do.
- it is great the support of generics. es. QueryForList<MyClass>, i
hope to see in the next release QueryForDictionary<a,b>

* About the documentation? (A book is on the rail :-)...)
- The main documentation Data Access Guide and Data Mapper Guide are
great starting points, all the features are explained. What I feel is
missing is an extensive tutorial with all the features.

* About yours projects using iBATIS.NET, your company?
- I work for an e-commmerce web site; we are evaluating iBatis.

Thanks for the great project!
