ok SOLVED!!!
the solution is change official version of providers.config
so, to use MySql.Data with .NET 2.x framework the file must be like this:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 <provider
    name="MySql"
    description="MySQL, MySQL provider 5.0.8.1"  <---- change
    enabled="true"
    assemblyName="MySql.Data, Version=5.0.8.1, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d" <----- change connectionClass="
MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlConnection"
    commandClass="MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlCommand"
    parameterClass="MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlParameter"
    parameterDbTypeClass="MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlDbType"
    parameterDbTypeProperty="MySqlDbType"
    dataAdapterClass="MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlDataAdapter"
    commandBuilderClass="MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlCommandBuilder"
    usePositionalParameters="false"
    useParameterPrefixInSql="true"
    useParameterPrefixInParameter="true"
    parameterPrefix="?"
    allowMARS="false"
  />

But now i've this error (simpler i hope :) ):
------------------------------
IBatisNet.DataMapper.Exceptions.DataMapperException: This SQL map does not
contain a MappedStatement named Select
   in IBatisNet.DataMapper.SqlMapper.GetMappedStatement(String id)
   in IBatisNet.DataMapper.SqlMapper.QueryForObject[T](String statementName,
Object parameterObject)
   in HelloIbatis.Form1.button1_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) in
