There's nothing in Abator now for type handlers, but it could be added. Tell me more...
I'm assuming you mean that you want to specify a type handler on a <result> element, and also in an inline parameter - right?
I could add a typeHandler attribute to the <columnOverride> configuration element to accomplish this - does that sound right?
