I will post the links to this tutorial pdf and the pdf for Robert and Stefan's car tutorial on the Wiki ... under SDS modelling I guess.

I guess there is no web location of Andy's tutorial. I can't find it on the 3DWorld site either. 
 
I have it as a pdf for my own use but since it was probably commissioned by 3DWorld, I guess it is their copyright and so I doubt if I could post it on the wiki for example.
 
Looks like I will just have to go over the same ground and create a new tutorial since it seemed to me to be quite useful ... don't hold your breath for that one.

Is there a web based edition of Andy Jones Tutorial in issue 45 of 3DWorld anywhere?
 
Can't find one at pixl8, or the daemon, or rs.fi.
