Since installing SP3 - after a session with RS and when closing the app, I get the WINDOWS HAS ENCOUNTERED blah blah - error box
Try deleting plugins/VRMLplugin.dll (included in the setup, but runs in demo mode). We found some bugs from it after the release of SP3.
